TRAINING

SESSIONS

Induction Training

At NUCSOFT, induction is a mandatory training for every new joiner and the same is attempted to be imparted within three months of the joining date of the employee.

Gyanodaya

Gyanodaya is held minimum once in a month wherein different type of knowledge sharing sessions are conducted to enhance the knowledge base of all employees.

Manthan

Manthan is a 2-day offsite program for senior employees involved in project management or organizational activities, featuring theme presentations, group discussions, and sessions by management or external trainers.

Project Specific Training

As per requirement of the project, either internal or external training are arranged.

Freshers Training Program

A well drafted initial program for fresher of duration of about 2 months which includes technical, domain and behavioural training.

Managerial Training

This program enhances leadership and soft skills, fostering teamwork and stronger relationships with team members.
